I was so stressed for my cat’s procedure yesterday. The employees at this facility were so kind and walked me through everything very thoroughly. They sent updates and called when they said they would. Everything went great!  At the end, they put together a very extensive packet of aftercare instructions for me. I definitely got the feeling that they love animals, do all they can for them, and know their stuff.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the moment we walked in with our cat Howard we were welcomed and cared for. Our cat loves everyone and this place was no exception. I can tell that everyone we interacted with was an animal lover. The explanations of our options were very easy to understand and you can tell by how it was explained that they were taking our cats livelihood into account when explaining them. We are very happy with Veterinary Dental Specialists of Wisconsin's service. They texted us when our dog's surgery began and kept us updated throughout her stay. Our dog had an impacted tooth removed, and by that evening, she was back to her regular self and has had no further issues as of two days later. Dr Honzelka and team were amazing and so attentive to our girl. The first time I called, was because our regular vet referred us. I left a message on Friday of 4th of July weekend when they are typically closed. I didn’t expect a call til Monday but within a hour the Dr himself called me! After her surgery he called to check on her, called a few days later with results. Medically they were on top of it, making sure to take needed precautions and have an anesthesiologist consult prior to the surgery. From start to finish you all made this experience for Roxi and my family go so smooth. This was a big surgery for her and it was definitely hard on us to watch her about to go through it. You kept us informed throughout her surgery and called several times. The gentleness of your staffs voices and them telling me they promise it will all be ok while I cried put me at ease as they knew exactly how I felt. When we came to pick her up the time you all took with us to explain the aftercare was amazing and it was so neat to even get a flash drive of her ct scan. We are so happy we chose you and recommend you to anyone that might ever question where to take their pet when they need anything dental related!  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My fur baby had a large tumor on her lower jaw but after several visits that included a consultation, biopsy & scans, and finally surgery I'm so happy to say she is "cured". The tumor was benign! The doctors and staff are so caring! They explained everything along the way and took excellent care of my fur baby and kept me reassured regarding the process. This facility is amazing, they took care of me and my pup quickly- they even accepted me as an emergency on an already full day. They stayed after hours to help me and my pup with her jaw- they were informative, have great communication and were active in following up and answering all of my questions, they made an intense process feel easy and effortless  and were focused on the best and most effective outcome for our case. If you’re looking for a dentist for your dog, look no further than Veterinary Dental Specialists of Wisconsin in Germantown.  Our experience with Dr. Honzelka and staff over the past several years have been beyond exceptional!  The kindness and caring they take with our mini schnauzer, and the outstanding service they provide is HIGHLY recommended!! Honestly I can’t say enough great things about Veterinary Dental Specialists of Wisconsin! I’ve got a fussy French bulldog who caused some tooth trauma to himself. From the consultation to the procedure I was constantly impressed with the way the staff handled my pup! If anyone I know is looking for a recommendation for veterinary dentistry I’ll tell them about my experience and no need to look any further. A few months ago my dog fractured his tooth. We went to Vetinary Dental Specialists and had a consultation with Dr. Hamm. She was very attentive to Teddy’s needs and thoroughly explained the process of what would be best for Teddy and risks and benefits of each option explained. I could tell they would take such good care of Teddy when he went back for his root canal. Teddy had his root canal completed with Dr. Honzelka. Dr. Honzelka was also amazing with discussing treatment options with risks and benefits of those options explained. He definitely makes you feel good about leaving your fur baby in amazing hands! Teddy seemed very excited to be there and get to hang out with new people, including the Vet Technicians. I could tell he was cared for so well because when I went to pick him up he didn’t seem to want to come home with me. He even planted his paws in front of the door. I had to pick him up to get him into the car.
